Workshop Policies, Refunds & Cancellations
Workshops & Parents Night Out
Workshops do not run on Stat Holidays, camp weeks (Winter Break, March Break & Summer Holidays) or P.A Days. There will be a discount issued if a workshop falls on one of these days.
Workshops may be different at each location.
There are no refunds for missed days. We require 1 (one) month written notice to cancel workshop. You are responsible for the fees for this 1 month period.
Main Street Kids is closed on: Labour day, Thanksgiving, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, New Years Day & Christmas Day.
Camps & PA Days
Cancellation Policy:
There is 25% cancellation fee with 30 days written notice. There are no refunds or credits with less than 30 days notice. There are no refunds for missed days.
Main Street Kids does not take responsibility for any injuries that may occur during activities.
Bullying Policy
Main Street Kids does not condone any bullying behaviour. Anyone causing or intending to cause harm to fellow camper/staff or is creating an unsafe/negative environment for fellow campers may face withdrawal. Main Street Kids reserves the right to cancel enrolment at any time and apply cancellation fee charges.
